Why GODGOTME exists
The origin, in one piece
What was missing
There is a kind of Christian who has been carried through something — addiction, grief, divorce, illness, doubt — and walked out of it changed. Quieter. Grateful. Carrying something they need to keep close.
That kind of Christian is not the target market for most Christian merchandise. The merch options are loud or kitsch or apologetic — verses on graphic tees, oversized crosses, slogans that announce. None of it feels like what's actually true.
GODGOTME.COM exists for that gap. Not loud. Not edgy. Just a uniform: dark cotton, white wordmark, top right of the chest. A reminder you can wear, every day, that doesn't require explaining.
What it is
A daily walking companion. Every day a verse, a reflection, an act. A place to log streaks, claim the day, see what others are doing. A community of people who've been carried and are now learning to do the carrying.
A dark-cotton apparel line — sticker, tote, tee, hoodie — that serves as the visible sign of participation. You go where you're sent; the wordmark goes with you.
A progression system from Seeker to Apostle, unlocked by acts of service and witness. You don't buy your way up. You walk it.
What it isn't
Not a church. Not a substitute for one. We point users to their local body of believers as a tracked action that earns XP. The local church is where the deeper formation happens; this is where you stay in rhythm between Sundays.
Not edgy streetwear. The aesthetic is reverent, not rebellious.
Not pay-to-win. Past Witness, only service and bringing others in advances the stage.
The bet
The bet is that there are millions of Christians who want a small daily anchor, a quiet way to wear their faith, and a community of people walking the same direction — and that none of the existing options actually meet them where they are.
If we're right, GODGOTME becomes a place where the body of Christ shows up to each other in small, daily, accountable ways. The merch is the badge. The walk is the brand.
